A relationship built for the long run
Good advice starts with knowing the whole story.
Why BEE exists
Financially healthy. Client-rich. Product-strong.
BEE Integrity Consultants was established shortly after BEE Integrity, LLC was founded in 2012 to give small-business owners the same caliber of financial and operational guidance that large enterprises take for granted. The work is simple to describe, even when the work itself is complex: help owners make sound decisions through every level of growth and change.
When the books are clear, the strategy is sound, and the brand is consistent, owners can stop reacting and start growing. Based in Durham, North Carolina, BEE partners with clients across the country who want a boutique experience rather than a transactional one. Every engagement is shaped by a belief that has guided the firm since day one: integrity is not a value statement, it is a practice.
The founder behind BEE

Tax Advisor & Business Strategist

- 30+ years of experience
- Currently pursuing her MBA
Meet Michelle Evans.
Michelle is the Founder and CEO of BEE Integrity Consultants, where she leads the firm as a Tax Advisor and Business Strategist. She holds a BS in Accounting, brings more than thirty years of experience, and is currently pursuing her MBA to deepen her strategic expertise.
Her career has been shaped by environments where precision and accountability are not optional. Before founding BEE, Michelle held roles supporting some of the most recognizable organizations in the country, including Yankee Stadium, home of the New York Yankees, Harris Teeter, Intuit, and H&R Block. That background gives her a rare perspective: she understands how Fortune-scale operations actually work, and she translates that discipline into systems that small business owners can run with confidence.
Originally from the Bronx, New York, Michelle relocated to Durham, North Carolina, where she now lives and runs the firm. She remains active in several community outreach programs, and that same instinct for service shapes how the firm treats every client relationship.
